The Educator Behind Bump to Baby Learning Studio

Founder and Educator, Tiffany Hall, MSN, RNC-OB, Bump to Baby Learning Studio

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a former Labor & Delivery nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and RNC-OB certification. I spent six years at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital, supporting families through some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments of their lives.

I was present for hundreds of births, but what stayed with me wasn’t the number — it was the people. The questions they carried. The relief that came when something finally made sense. The calm that followed when they truly understood what was happening.

Even in great medical settings, appointments often move quickly. Prenatal visits prioritize safety and medical care — but they aren’t built for in-depth education and support. Many families leave wanting to understand a little more, without the space to sit with questions until they feel clear.

As a mother of three, I’ve lived this season from both sides — as a nurse and as a parent. And even with experience and knowledge, pregnancy and early parenthood can feel overwhelming. Questions don’t always fit neatly into scheduled visits.

That gap is what led me to teaching.

For three years, I taught prenatal and childbirth education classes as a nurse instructor at UChicago, walking alongside families who wanted deeper understanding and steady guidance. Teaching showed me how powerful prenatal education can be when it’s rooted in evidence and offered in a way that allows people to slow down, ask questions, and feel truly supported.

That’s why I created Bump to Baby — because there’s so much more to explore beyond the appointment, and you deserve the space to revisit, review, and sit with everything until it truly feels clear.
