No. This is education.
The goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your body, what’s common in hospital birth settings, and what your options may be — supporting informed conversations and a confident approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
-
Live sessions are taught in real time and are not recorded - that's where the real discussion, connection, and learning happen. If you miss one, you may attend a future offering (space permitting) or transfer to the self-paced option.
Whenever possible, live attendance is encouraged, as that’s where deeper discussion, clarification, and connection happen.
